Yes. Under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), a funder pays for and owns the system, and you buy the electricity it produces at a fixed, lower rate. Eligibility, credit approval and site conditions apply.
Payback is modelled against your site's energy consumption, roof or land conditions and the funding route selected. The 3-year (solar farm) and 7-year (commercial rooftop) figures quoted are indicative and confirmed per site during feasibility.
We deliver projects England-wide, with regional presence in Derby, Milton Keynes, Oxford and Manchester.
It depends on your appetite for ownership versus capital outlay. We model all four routes — PPA, PPA with roof refurbishment, asset finance and pay-as-you-go — against your site data so you can compare cost, ownership and risk before deciding.
Eligibility depends on site conditions, tenure and credit approval, and is confirmed as part of the free site review, before any commitment is required.
Under the asset finance agreement you pay £0 upfront and the system is structured to pay for itself within the typical seven-year term. Full ownership belongs to you from day one, bill reductions help support repayments during the first seven years, and the generated energy value belongs to you for the lifetime of the system.
Options typically include renewing the agreement, transferring ownership of the system, or having it removed — this is set out clearly in the original contract.
Yes. Where a roof needs refurbishment, the cost can be bundled into a funded PPA programme so it's delivered alongside the solar install, not as a separate capital project.
Yes — battery storage and EV charging infrastructure can be designed and installed alongside your solar array, or added later.
Yes — we manage portfolio roll-outs across multiple sites under a single point of contact, with feasibility assessed site by site.
Yes — we work with landowners and developers on utility-scale ground-mount schemes, covering grid capacity, planning and biodiversity net gain alongside our commercial rooftop programme.
A typical opportunity starts at around 4 acres. Larger sites can create an enhanced utility-scale scheme, while smaller sites may support rooftop-scale ground-mount solutions, subject to grid and planning feasibility.
Often, yes — grazing (typically sheep) can continue alongside the array, and land is designed with biodiversity net gain in mind.
Every project moves into long-term monitoring, servicing and warranty management, so performance is tracked and maintained for the life of the asset.
Our credentials include MCS, NAPIT, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Qualitymark Protection, Cyber Essentials, Environment Agency, Elmhurst Energy, Ecologi and the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
You have a single point of contact throughout the asset's operating life for any performance, maintenance or warranty query.
